At Grand Seiko, we are committed to the highest standards of horological excellence and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch, original box, warranty cards, and all manual booklets into the shipping carton to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid, insured shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
